Message to Potential Candidates to Ogawa Seminar:

I studied Education when I was an undergraduate student, but I aspire to learn knowledge and skills related to economics of education and to brush up my language skill so that I can work on planning and designing education policy with developing countries’ government education offices. I would like to be able to improve my analytical skills and widen knowledge, by actively and positively joining any opportunities that Prof. Ogawa give us, and I want to grow my experience.
