Professor Keiichi Ogawa was invited to present his research on “Financing for Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) in Japan” on September 28, 2017. This Seminar was organized by the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education (KICCE) and was held in the Hotel President in Seoul, the Republic of Korea. The theme of the seminar was “A Global Perspective on Early Childhood Education and Care: Implementation of Policy and Public Finance”, and five ECCE experts were invited from Australia, Germany, Israel, Japan, and Republic of Korea. Nearly 100 ECCE experts participated in this seminar and active discussion was conducted after the experts’ presentation.
