Mr. Soubeiga Abdoul-Karim, currently pursuing a doctorate at Kobe University’s Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies (GSICS) in Japan, holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Ouagadougou and a master’s degree in Economics from Kobe University. Specializing in Education Policy and Planning, Education Development, and Basic Education Access and Quality, his research delves into crucial educational aspects. Abdoul-Karim has practical experience in education and teaching, complemented by involvement in International Organizations through internships and volunteering. His diverse experiences underscore a holistic perspective on education and global cooperation, shaping his comprehensive approach to academic inquiry and societal engagement.
