Message to Potential Candidates to Ogawa Seminar:
I joined Ogawa seminar last April. When I was in undergraduate, I was part of a seminar about data analysis. I conducted research about international students’ job hunting in Japan and the social effect of recreational facilities. When I was in the 1st year, UNDP staff came to one of the classes that I was taking and talked about the role of education in the context of international assistance. I realized that education can be a powerful tool in the field of development and made my mind to deepen my understanding about educational policy.
There are many international students in Ogawa seminar, which makes discussions more fruitful. Also, Professor Ogawa has rich experiences in the field of educational development, which let me think about my future career more and more. If you are thinking of seeking your career in the field of educational development, I am sure Ogawa seminar would be the place that you can accomplish your goals.
