Mr. Kohei Uno is currently a Doctoral Student at Kobe University’s Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies (GSICS) in Japan and is a Scholarship Awardee of Kobe University Support for SPRING from Japan Science and Technology Agency. He holds his Master of Economics from the GSICS at Kobe University in Japan, Master of Public Administration from the School of International Relations & Public Affairs (SIRPA) at Fudan University in China, and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sports Sciences from Waseda University in Japan. His research interest lies in the economics of education, educational development, and education policy and evaluation in developing countries. His professional experiences include an internship at the University of Dhaka, UNICEF New York, and UNESCO Bangkok, as well as a research and teaching assistant at Kobe University and the University of Dhaka.
