Mr. Yudai Ishii is a Doctoral Student in the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies (GSICS) at Kobe University in Japan. He has a bachelor’s degree in policy studies from Chuo University, Japan, and two master’s degrees in International Politics from the School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA) at Fudan University in China, and in Economics from GSICS, Kobe University. His research interests focus on education economics and policy, learning assessment, and primary education. He has some practical experience in the Center of Education Research and Training (CERT), the University of Malawi, and UNICEF New York.
