Message from Dr. Shinsaku NOMURA
It is my pleasure to post a message as an Ogawa-Zemi alumnus to future students. I am currently working as an Education Economist at the Education Global Practices, World Bank....
On March 25, 2016, the commencement ceremony for the Master’s students of the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies, Kobe University was held. Ten students from Ogawa seminar received their Master’s degrees.

Moreover, Mr. Numasawa Takeru in Ogawa seminar made a valedictory speech on behalf of all graduating students at the commencement ceremony for undergraduate and graduate students in Kobe University.
