Teach ECE is also expected to encourage dialogue on the importance of teacher professional development in ECE. There are several ways of using Teach ECE. Governments can use it as a system diagnostic which allows them to look into the current situations of teaching practices and teaching quality in classrooms. Teach ECE can also be recognized as a teacher professional development system. It helps to clarify individual teachers’ strengths and weaknesses and provides focus support to teachers.
