I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Educational Policy and Leadership at the University of Albany, State University of New York. My areas of interest include inner capacity development and organizational change, with my research focusing on how entrepreneurial processes unfold and develop in Lao PDR, and globally. Outside academia, I work with a design consulting firm on a project that aims to create an alternative co-working space to the urban-intensive future with technology. Before a Ph.D. program, I worked as a management and evaluation consultant for projects funded by JICA and Panasonic. I enjoy practicing Ikebana, Japanese calligraphy, and hiking.
