Hello everyone, my name is Duangchay INKEO. I am from Laos. currently I am working for Lao Brewery Company as position of National Carlsberg Excellence Manager. My main roles and responsibilities are about capacity building on standard way of working including developing training materials, set up policies, guidelines, trainings, coaching to cover Supply Chain Staff in 3 breweries. Before my current position, I experienced on being a part-time lecturer and project coordinator at National University of Laos, a consultant at a JICA project in Ministry of Planning and Investment, and a Planner, then, a Transport and Distribution Manager in Lao Brewery Company.
