Mr. Ryuto Minami is a Doctoral Student at Kobe University’s Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies. He is a research fellow of the Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS) and a visiting fellow at the Cambodia Development Resource Institute. His research interests revolve around the economics of education, and education policy. He obtained a Master’s degree in economics from Kobe University’s Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies and another Master’s degree in Public Administration from Fudan University, China. He has also been involved in a government-supported research project and has conducted his internship at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and UNICEF.
