Message to Potential Candidates to Ogawa Seminar:

My name is Kaori Uchiyama. When I entered Kobe University, I had an interest in finance, and I did not have academic knowledge about educational development. However, since I started studying educational development and education finance, I noticed education is one of the best tools to alleviate poverty and provides a high and equal chance of future success for everyone. I decided to join the Ogawa seminar as a sub-seminar and learn more about educational development. With the great support of Professor Ogawa and Ogawa seminar’s colleagues, I could have chances to conduct internships and present my research at academic conferences. I am getting closer to my dream of working at international organizations and contributing to developing countries by joining this seminar. If you want to open your door for the future, let’s join us!
