Message to Potential Candidates to Ogawa Seminar:
My name is Ma Lan, and I am from China. I am very honored to be a research student in Professor Ogawa’s seminar.
Professor Ogawa provides us with a broad academic perspective and a supportive learning environment. At the same time, the senior students in the seminar are highly motivated and serve as great role models. I have been deeply inspired by both the professor and my peers.
Professor Ogawa is a dedicated and experienced mentor. Whether in seminars, course selection, or career guidance, he always pays close attention to students’ individual needs and offers thoughtful advice. I truly feel that studying in this seminar is a valuable and rewarding experience.
Professor Ogawa prepares his students in a way that enables them to pursue careers in international organizations such as the World Bank, UN agencies, the Asian Development Bank, and government institutions. Accordingly, many alumni of the Ogawa Seminar are currently working in these prestigious organizations. I would sincerely recommend the Ogawa Seminar to students who are interested in international development and aspire to work in global or international fields.
