Message to Potential Candidates to Ogawa Seminar:
I was attracted by Professor Ogawa’s seminar (Ogawa zemi) since my sophomore year. At that time I was very interested in education development policy in Germany during the epidemic. Their education is very characteristic and developable, such as the dual vocational education, which solves many problems of social employment and lack of educational resources. I hoped to continue my in-depth research in educational economics-related fields after graduation. Then I saw the Ogawa seminar at Kobe University. It fits my research direction and philosophy. Also Professor Ogawa’s previous research on education issues in developing countries made up my mind to pursue further studies in the fields of education and economics. It can be imagined that it is a very meaningful thing to do a job in this field, and it is a project that can really contribute to the development of society. Meanwhile, I am able to acquire the necessary skills for international work and social practice during my master’s study.
