Message to Potential Candidates to Ogawa Seminar:
My name is Sakura Misaki, a master’s student at Kobe University’s Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies since April 2026. Previously, I studied primary school education and took a Human Rights program as a sub-course. Through these university experiences, I have come to believe that high-quality education—especially at the primary level—is essential for reducing disparities. Therefore, my research interests focus on primary education for minority students, including Social-Emotional Learning and mother-tongue-based education. I believe the Ogawa Seminar is the ideal setting for individuals seeking to work in an international organization, as it not only enhances hard skills but also fosters the development of soft skills.
