Message to Potential Candidates to Ogawa Seminar:
My name is Shu Hiraoka, and I am currently studying at GSICS under the supervision of Professor Ogawa. I decided to join this seminar whilst working on my senior thesis, after becoming vastly interested in the role of educational development and the relationships between education and employment. I am working on learning educational economics and statistics, and how to utilize these skills to acquire work in international organizations.
Ogawa Seminar allows students to actively interact with people who are currently working in international organizations through classes, interns, and academic conferences. I deeply thank Ogawa Sensei for providing us with the opportunities to gain hands-on experience in educational fields, something which I have lacked in prior.
Using the knowledge I have gained, I aspire to further improve within my field of expertise.
