Message to Potential Candidates to Ogawa Seminar:
My name is Yuhang Bai and I come from China. When I was an undergraduate student, I read the papers published by Professor Ogawa on the educational economy of developing countries. I learned that talents are one of the basic elements of a country’s development, and education is the necessary resource for cultivating outstanding talents.
