Mr. Takeru Numasawa is Assistant Director of Japan International Cooperation Agency. He has led railway/metro development or and private sector development in India. Before joining JICA, he graduated GSICS in 2016 with Master’s of Economics, and worked as M&A Consultant at PwC and KPMG.
