Message to Potential Candidates to Ogawa Seminar:
I am very glad to join the Ogawa Seminar for several reasons. The main reason was because Professor Ogawa’s enthusiasm for research was infectious to me. As someone who has been interested in the development of education in China and Southeast Asian countries since I was a child, during my first interview with Professor Ogawa, His funny and humorous way of communication encouraged me to express myself more comprehensively, and that also allowing me to relax from my nervousness and better express my thoughts and opinions. However, when it came to the topic of professionalism, Prof. Ogawa became strict and serious, meticulously pointing out the shortcomings in my essay and suggesting ways to improve it.
After I joined the Ogawa Seminar family, many members were kind enough to help me with many difficulties in life and study. Professor Ogawa also gave us many opportunities to showcase and improve ourselves, so that I could better expand my abilities.
