Message to Potential Candidates to Ogawa Seminar
Hello, all the candidates to Ogawa seminar. My name is Keiko Shimabe. I became a member of Ogawa seminar in April, 2022. Since I was an undergraduate student, I have been interested in international development based on my experience in Ghana through the internship programme organized by an NPO in USA. With that experience, I decided to enter GSICS and deepen my expertise on education development under the supervision of Professor Ogawa.
Although I have no idea about what is research at this moment, I have been able to spend a very proactive time with strong supports from Professor Ogawa, senior students, and my colleagues.
Since there are international students with different backgrounds from around the world,
I think studying in GSICS seems studying abroad. This precious environment at Ogawa zemi makes my daily life more inspired and changed my value a lot. I’m sure that no place is than GSICS for the people who are keen to the development issue in developing countries and educational development.
