Sabaidee! My name is Malychanh SOURIDETH (マリーチャン・スリデート) from Lao PDR. My experience at the Ogawa Seminar helped me expand my interests from language education to broader issues in education development, education policy, teacher workforce development, and international cooperation. One of the most valuable parts of the Ogawa Seminar is the opportunity to learn from people from many different countries and backgrounds. Students can exchange ideas with professors, senior and junior students, researchers, and professionals from international organizations. To future Ogawa Seminar students, I encourage you to be active, open to new challenges, and willing to learn from others. Research can sometimes be difficult, and you may need to change your ideas or approach many times. However, each challenge is also an opportunity to learn and improve.
